We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities">- Develop and implement effective maintenance plans to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Provide clear guidelines for site equipment requirements and assist in developing and facilitating the site maintenance budget.
- Monitor costs on a regular basis to ensure that budget levels are not exceeded.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner in the mining or heavy industry sector.
- Expertise in MS Project, with a strong understanding of its maintenance planning modules.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
