Role OverviewThis role is a hybrid position, working out of our Spring Street Office in Melbourne and from home on a fixed term full-time basis. As an Allied Health Assistant, you will support the effective delivery of care to Remedy at Home and Ramsay Connect clients.
Duties and Responsibilities- Referral management, inquiry management, allocation of services, enrolment, and discharge
- Integrate well with a team of clinical care coordinators and medical admin assistants to apply excellent customer service and quality clinical care that achieves a positive outcome for the client
- Strong customer service background (phone experience desirable)
- Experience with data entry and document management in a timely manner
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment with tight timeframes and competing priorities
- Excellent clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Strong administration and time management skills, tech savvy
- The ability to manage your workload autonomously
- Passionate about health and committed to making a real difference in the community
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistant (desirable)
