Digital Transformation Specialist

At Australian Unity, we are seeking a Digital Business Analyst to lead our analysis activities on initiatives from inception through to delivery.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role within the financial services or insurance industry and qualifications in Information Technology, Business, eCommerce, Marketing or a related field.

Your New RoleThis exciting opportunity is responsible for leading all analysis activities on initiatives from inception through to delivery, taking on Scrum master responsibilities and working with an agile mindset to facilitate ceremonies and develop user stories.
Contributing to thought leadership and offering technical guidance across application and solution development lifecycle to ensure alignment to Australian Unity's strategy and desired customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities Include:- Define and own Digital standards, including accessibility, digital design, security, compliance, content management and publishing.
- Devise a framework to ensure digital initiatives are planned and executed in accordance with a secure, compliant and future-proofed Digital ecosystem.
- Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Guide and coach the team on Agile practices and self-organization.
- Establish and improve application monitoring processes and controls to detect and prevent incidents and excessive risk.
- Identify, diagnose and resolve all incidents related to Digital operations to ensure systems are maintained to a high level of security, availability and reliability.
- Take full ownership of incoming actions and issues and drive them to resolution.
- Identify and lead initiatives to improve business processes and accelerate growth through analysis, as well as operational execution.
- Creation, roll out & ownership of processes and tools to improve internal efficiency.
- Provide subject matter expertise to other business areas to support ongoing initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practice and ensure insights are communicated across teams.
