Your New Role

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you will assist the Head of Finance, Enabling Functions to provide timely, accurate, and commercially focused financial and management accounting support to the Enabling Functions business units.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Review and provide commentary on monthly and year-to-date financial performance within agreed timetables.
  • FTE variance analysis.
  • Production of effective business unit reporting.
  • Completion of ABS Surveys.
  • Co-ordination with Financial Control on the delivery of internal and external audit processes in an effective and timely manner.
  • Budgets and forecasts updated as required by the business to meet business unit and group requirements.
  • Financial modelling as required to support business decisions, across business tenders, business restructure, and benefit tracking.
  • Provide support to the commercial and finance partner where required.
  • Ad-hoc projects as required.

About You

  • CA/CPA Qualified.
  • Minimum 5 years accounting experience preferably in a mid to large and complex organisation.
  • Advanced analysis skills (budgeting and variance analysis).
  • Ability to work methodically with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to deliver outcomes within time constraints and conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
