Operations Manager - Catering Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned and passionate Operations Manager to lead our catering operations across multiple sites within the Hunter region.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the catering operations across six aged care facilities, managing budgets and resources effectively, maintaining strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders, and ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Proven experience in a senior management role within the contract catering or hospitality industry or multi-site hospitality.
  2. Strong understanding of operational and financial management.
  3. Proven track record of managing catering operations and leading diverse teams.
  4. Experience operating across multi-site delivery.
  5. Exceptional communication ability and outstanding relationship management skills.
  6. Knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices, particularly within aged care and education.
