
Operational Leadership Position

This is a leadership position that requires strong operational skills and experience in modernizing systems to drive efficiencies.
The role involves working closely with the CEO on day-to-day running of operations, supporting membership services, leading IT system updates, overseeing operational activities, and developing strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing operational activities alongside the CEO
- Supporting the CEO in developing and delivering strategic initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working with IT systems and introducing new technologies
- Experience in system integration and development to improve operational efficiency
- Clear communication and a genuine commitment to great service
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to support and lead a team
- Confidence to act in a relief capacity for the CEO when needed
- A sound understanding of financial and operational principles
- Exposure to HR processes or policy development
This is a full-time role with flexibility to work across a seven-day roster if needed. You'll join a passionate team that values community and continuous improvement - making a real impact in a close-knit regional setting.
