About BMD Empower

We are a leading provider of infrastructure design services, committed to delivering high-quality solutions to our clients.

As an Infrastructure Design Manager with BMD Empower, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a team of designers in the development and implementation of infrastructure projects;
  • Coordinating with external consultants to ensure that engineering inputs are incorporated into designs;
  • Producing and reviewing completed designs and documentation;
  • Delivering engineering solutions to clients as per their project requirements.

You will also be responsible for conducting internal audits of our business management system to ensure compliance with industry standards.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in design of urban development, residential subdivision, and infrastructure projects;
  • Strong design capability and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Formal qualifications in Engineering, including a TMD (Traffic Management Design) Qualification.

We offer a competitive salary package of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as flexible work arrangements, paid parental leave, and access to a health and wellbeing program.
