Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Brisbane team, supporting leaders across our Northern Operations and international commercial teams. This role offers the opportunity to build strong relationships while delivering HR expertise across the entire employee lifecycle. You'll play a key role in shaping a high-performing culture that aligns with our AACo Values and fosters growth for our people.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop strategic People Plans that align with business needs and our AACo values.Provide comprehensive HR support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.Advise employees and leaders on HR policies, employee relations, performance, conduct, and grievance management.Lead Employee Relations activities, ensuring compliance with policies and employment laws.Serve as a key administrator of HRIS, managing onboarding, offboarding, and reporting functions.Collaborate with the broader People & Culture team to execute cyclical HR activities, including performance cycles and continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain compliance with the Fair Work Act and relevant industrial instruments.

Requirements:

A deep understanding of HR principles and practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with HRIS systems.Knowledge of employment law and regulations.
