
Drone Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drone Operator to join our team. As a key member of our crew, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our proprietary construction equipment machinery and field robotics, including drone payloads, winches, puller/tensioners, light and heavy vehicles, cranes, etc.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating drones in multiple weight classes (including 25kg) for construction operations in Australia and internationally.
- Ensuring safe flight operations and mission success is achieved.
- Obtaining or holding a current High Risk Work License in Dogging and Basic Rigging, to conduct rigging and dogging activities on construction sites, including lifting loads, directing loads and pulling synthetic and wire ropes for transmission line construction.
- Operating in accordance with CASA legislation.
- Carrying out all work in accordance with relevant WHSE regulations and procedures.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drone operation, safety protocols, and risk management. You will also be required to work in remote environments, interstate, and internationally, and participate in daily site meetings, noting instructions from site management, crew leaders, and others regarding planned tasks.

- CASA Remote Pilot Licence (RePL) - 25kg class.
