This role involves flying drones for purposes such as surveying, mapping, inspection, and videography.

  • Operate drones equipped with aerial photography and videography equipment.
  • Conduct pre-flight checks and ensure drones are in optimal working condition.
  • Comply with regulations and local laws governing drone usage.
  • Plan flight paths and adjust them as necessary based on environmental conditions.
  • Analyze and interpret aerial data for project needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Document flights, including time, locations, and data collected.
  • Maintain routine maintenance and troubleshooting of drone equipment.

Requirements:

  • CASA Remote Pilot License (RePL) and relevant endorsements.
  • Demonstrated experience operating drones in diverse settings.
  • Strong technical knowledge of drone systems and software.

Preferrred Qualifications:

  • Experience with specific drone models.
  • Familiarity with photogrammetry and GIS applications.
  • Previous experience in related fields.
