About the Role:

  • Collaborate with colleagues across different departments to achieve business objectives and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced retail or hospitality environment, preferably with leadership or management roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make informed decisions and take calculated risks.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends, to meet business needs.
