The Cairns Airport stores feature unique concepts such as Eye Love, Amuse Beauty, and Edit, which are driven by creative leadership to achieve outstanding results. As a Multi-Site Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading your team to success, setting high standards for service and style, and creating meaningful connections with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish a positive store environment that reflects our brand values and promotes excellent customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a strong coaching culture to drive team performance and achieve targets.
  • Manage store operations efficiently, ensuring accountability and attention to detail.
  • Maintain exceptional presentation and brand standards throughout the store.
  • Foster a respectful and inclusive work culture that aligns with our company's values.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in a leadership position within a fast-paced retail environment.
  • A genuine passion for fashion or retail, with a strong understanding of the industry.
  • Excellent communication and coaching skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate your team.
  • Confidence to take initiative and ownership of your role, with a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Flexibility to work across rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • A valid working visa and eligibility to obtain an Aviation Security ID Card.
