Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development of proposals for school bus network improvements and implement associated service changes.
  • Conduct school bus network reviews, transitioning contract types to ensure services provide value for money.
  • Analyse data from delivery partners to ensure network changes realise benefits for customers.
  • Manage timetable preparation to ensure network changes are operationally viable.
  • Evaluate data on student registration and onboard surveys to prepare accurate timetables and ensure government investment represents value for money.
  • Provide input to Cabinet submissions, ministerial correspondence, and customer concerns within Department timeframes.

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in driving innovation in the transportation sector.
