About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive product knowledge to deliver engaging demonstrations and presentations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and supporting the team in delivering a high standard of care.
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through effective communication, active listening and empathy.
  • Assist in preparing and processing sales contracts as required.
  • Support customers through the sales process, from initial contact to post-delivery follow-up.
About You

To succeed in this dynamic role, you should possess a strong interest in sales, retail and automotive industries, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and confidence using digital platforms are also essential.
