About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and supportive care to our participants. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating a welcoming and professional care environment
  • Providing mobility assistance in accordance with resident care plans
  • Building relationships with our residents and visitors
  • Working as part of a team to deliver exceptional care
  • Maintaining accurate health care documentation

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • NDIS Worker Screening Check / Yellow Card
  • Working With Children / Blue Card (Preferred)
  • Certificate 3 or Paid Experience
  • Updated Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Driver's License and reliable transport
  • Fully Covid 19 vaccinated and booster shot (desirable)
  • Valid Rights to work in Australia
