Job Title: Disability Support Professional

Lifestyle Solutions is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Professional to join our team. As a Disability Support Professional, you will work closely with individuals with disabilities to provide personalized support and assistance in their daily lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentor and support individuals to develop their personal interests and skills
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and personal care
  • Administer medication and adhere to individual support plans
  • Complete accurate and detailed handover notes and incident reports
  • Support individuals to engage with their local communities and participate in recreational activities
Requirements:
  • Current driver's license
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid Certificate, HLTAID003
  • Up to date Covid Vaccinations
  • Formal qualifications in Disability, Community Services, or similar
