Job Opportunity: Insurance Loss Adjustor/Estimator

The AMA Group Solutions and Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs teams are seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Loss Adjustor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As an Insurance Loss Adjustor, you will be responsible for ensuring that vehicles are returned to their pre-accident condition. This involves providing accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles, applying your knowledge of motor vehicles and skills with computers while interacting with clients and work providers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and work providers
  • Prepare timely and accurate quotes for accident repairs on vehicles, adhering to average repair cost targets and insurer/company procedures
  • Process vehicles by conducting vehicle arrival inspections, including mapping and imaging
  • Manage parts for repairs to ensure timely arrival and cost-effectiveness
  • Assist with production management of the centre as required
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition
  • Hand over completed repairs to customers
Requirements:
  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with clients and work providers
  • Highly professional and personable individual with strong systems experience and computer abilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and problem-solve effectively
  • Strong commitment to working in a safe manner
