Customer Service Operations Coordinator

At Frasers Property Australia, we're seeking a skilled Shared Services Representative to join our Finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to deliver high-quality services to internal and external customers while contributing to the daily management of operational activities.
About the RoleWe're looking for someone with Accounts Payable experience who can provide exceptional customer service while ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions. As a key member of our Finance Shared Services team, you'll work closely with the Team Leader (Accounts Payable) to deliver services that meet or exceed expectations.
This is a 6-month fixed contract role with the potential to extend or transition to permanent employment. We're a dynamic organization with opportunities for growth and development, so if you're passionate about helping people and eager to learn, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities- Delivering high-quality services to internal and external customers;
- Interpreting and resolving first-contact enquiries;
- Triaging, undertaking, referring, or escalating tasks;
- Processing transactions consistently to set requirements;
- Entering data and maintaining up-to-date records;
- Facilitating the Team Leader's work allocation, performance analysis, and service improvements;
- Supporting the Team Leader with IT to optimise the use of technology, and participating in projects and initiatives to drive improvements across the businesses.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Relevant qualifications in business, administration or finance are preferred;
- Demonstrated experience with Accounts Payable;
- Experience within an ERP, SAP highly desirable;
- Skills and aptitude for effective problem-solving;
- A focus on helping people, and enthusiasm for your role;
- Effective written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, including multi-tasking.

Compensation and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this role is around $65,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including:
