Job Opportunity: Exceptional Caregiver Needed
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate caregiver to provide exceptional care for our children in Avoca Beach, NSW. As a Nanny/House Manager, you will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment, promoting emotional well-being, and supporting the children's physical and educational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Arrive at the home before school pick-up to handle light housework, laundry, and meal preparation
- Pick up the children from school and bring them home
- Assist with homework, playtime, dinner, bath time, and wind-down routines
- Maintain a tidy environment and assist with errands
- Care for the children during school holidays, including full-day care and engaging activities
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a nanny/house manager
- Desirable: childcare qualifications and current first aid certificate
- Obligatory: Working With Children's Check and strong communication skills
- Fully qualified driver with own vehicle (with reimbursed kilometres and petrol)
- Support during transition to Australia
- Recommend local kid-friendly groups or community meet-ups
- Be part of our wider support network as they settle in
Please note that we require a full-time Nanny/House Manager to provide care for the children during school breaks from 8:30 am - 7:00 pm. Activities may include creative pursuits, outdoor adventures, and age-appropriate outings.
