Lead Appian Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lead Appian Developer to spearhead the development and deployment of Appian solutions. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy Appian solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Define and enforce architecture and development best practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Guide and mentor developers, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot issues, conduct code reviews, and ensure quality delivery.
  • Explore emerging technologies to enhance Appian capabilities.
  • Manage UAT, deployments, and upgrades (cloud and on-prem).
  • Work with global teams in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of software development experience, including 4–5 years in Appian.
  • 1–2 years in a leadership or senior developer role.
  • Strong foundation in J2EE, .NET, and RDBMS.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Appian Certification (Senior/Lead) preferred.
  • Bonus: Experience with AI, RPA, IDP, DevOps, or Process Mining tools.
