Job Title: Senior Software Engineering Leader

 

We are seeking a seasoned leader to help us scale our software engineering capabilities. As Senior Software Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for managing and growing a team of software engineers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall strategy, planning, and execution of complex technical projects, leading your team to meet delivery expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve engineering practices, impact positively on team health and culture.

 

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in taking high-performance engineering teams through scaling periods.
  • Strong record of hiring and developing great talent, with a focus on diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience in managing hybrid and remote teams working effectively.
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with a passion for delivering results and inspiring the team to achieve beyond what they think is possible.
  • Enthusiasm about diving into the code and getting hands dirty when needed.
  • Strong technical mastery in software engineering, with a commitment to learning and improving their craft.
