About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Systems Accountant Analyst to join our team at BaptistCare. As a key member of our Business Technology Services (BTS) team, you will work closely with our At Home business stream to learn and improve our financial and system processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and implement financial and system changes to the AlayaCare Client Management System (CMS)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including external software vendors and government departments, to provide insights and influence sector changes
  • Develop and enhance system and financial reporting capability
About You

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • An Undergraduate Degree in Business or Commerce, majoring in Accounting and IT
  • 3-5 years financial systems accounting experience, including experience working with Financial or Client Management Systems
  • Well-developed communication skills
  • Strong data analytics and reporting skills
  • Demonstrated database management experience
  • CPA/CA desirable
  • Knowledge of Home Care Package and/or Commonwealth Home Support Programme desirable
