Key Responsibilities- Teaching and Learning
- Develop and deliver engaging lesson plans that integrate biblical principles and values into the English curriculum.
- Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback and guidance to ensure academic excellence.
- Community Building
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes mutual respect, trust, and support among students, staff, and parents.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives that enhance student outcomes and well-being.
- Professional Development
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in Christian education, pedagogy, and technology to ensure innovative and effective teaching methods.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Qualifications
- Hold a valid NT Teachers Registration.
- Hold a current NT Driver's License.
- Hold a valid Working with Children (Ochre) Card.
- Experience
- Proven experience in teaching English in a secondary school setting.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate biblical principles and values into teaching and learning.
- Personal Qualities
- Strong commitment to Christian education and values.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
