Operations Leader

Seeking an experienced Operations leader to drive service delivery excellence across Service Desk and Contact Centre teams.
The ideal candidate will develop a cohesive strategy, inspiring high-performing teams to achieve superior customer, financial, and operational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic initiatives with clear timelines and accountable owners.
- Lead business planning activities, including liaison with finance on budget forecasting and FTE management.
- Establish success metrics for performance monitoring and identify areas for improvement.
- Build leadership and change management capability to support leaders of the future.
- Develop effective relationships with key internal stakeholders to balance requirements and manage expectations.
- Extensive expertise in Operations within contact centers and customer services.
- Strong understanding of business and technology strategies.
- Demonstrated strategic prowess with a keen insight into service level agreements (SLAs).
- Proficiency in finance management practices with a clear comprehension of cost, utilization, and project revenue.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with negotiation and team building abilities.
A fast-paced, agile environment with opportunities to respond to changing customer, technology, and stakeholder requirements.
