Quality Assurance and Training Professional

This role entails ensuring the highest standards of quality assurance and training within aged care services. The successful candidate will possess strong knowledge and experience in governance, quality assurance, and training within aged care, disability, or health services.

We are seeking a proactive and self-driven individual who can collaborate with managers, clinical leaders, and staff to implement governance processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives. This includes delivering engaging and practical training sessions that build staff capability and support person-centred care.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills to support a culture of learning, safety, and accountability. They will also have a passion for promoting dignity, respect, and choice in every aspect of care delivery.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective quality assurance systems and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Coordinate training programs to enhance staff capabilities and support person-centred care
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation in quality and training practices
  • Maintain accurate records, policies, and training documentation to support audit readiness
Key Qualifications
  • National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Working with Children Check
  • Up-to-date Influenza vaccination
  • Relevant qualification in health, aged care, disability, education, or quality/business management
  • Demonstrated experience in training, quality assurance, or governance within aged care, disability, or allied health
