**Role: Quality Assurance & Training Officer**

To be successful in this role:

- Strong knowledge of aged care and NDIS regulatory frameworks, including the Aged Care Quality Standards, NDIS Practice Standards, and the Aged Care Act 2024
- Proven experience in training coordination, quality assurance, or governance within aged care, disability, or health services
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills to support a culture of learning, safety, and accountability
- The ability to work collaboratively with managers, clinical leaders, and staff to implement governance processes, quality systems, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Confidence in delivering engaging, practical training sessions that build staff capability and support person-centred care
- A proactive and self-driven approach, with the ability to identify gaps, solve problems, and implement effective solutions
- Strong organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities, audits, and compliance deadlines
- Attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining accurate records, policies, and training documentation to support audit readiness
- A passion for promoting dignity, respect, and choice in every aspect of care delivery
- Ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements and drive innovation in quality and training practices

**Essentials**:

- National Police Clearance (no older than 2 years)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check
- Up to date Influenza vaccination
- Relevant qualification in health, aged care, disability, education, or quality/business management
- Demonstrated experience in training, quality assurance, or governance within aged care, disability, or allied health
