Experiential Retail Manager

We are seeking a creative and innovative individual to join our team as an Experiential Retail Manager. This role will play a crucial part in developing and executing store experiences that drive sales, engage customers, and increase foot traffic.

The successful candidate will have the ability to conceptualize and bring to life visual merchandising strategies, events, and brand initiatives that align with our company vision.

This position requires strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, planning, and organizational abilities, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies and event concepts that drive sales and customer engagement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring brand initiatives to life
  • Manage and maintain store displays, fixtures, and promotional materials
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on visual merchandising and event execution

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in Visual Merchandising, Event Management, or Creative Brand/Lifestyle roles
  • Proven creative skill, with the ability to problem solve within a retail capacity
  • Ability to create concepts and communicate them to a team to deliver tangible outcomes
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft Office
