We are seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to deliver innovative and engaging creative solutions for our brand. This role involves delivering new designs, collaborating with the Communications team and partners, and producing designs through various media channels.
Key Responsibilities:- Enable our vision by delivering new and compelling creative solutions for our brand.
- Collaborate with the Communications team and partners to deliver creative strategies and execute ideas.
- Support our creative vision and direction by producing designs and communications through print collateral, campaigns, retail POS, environmental graphics, and digital media.
- Lead your team and provide coaching to ensure that we are producing designs and artwork that align with our brand's vision.
- Manage design requests and briefs from the Marketing team, prioritizing and allocating to your team.
The ideal candidate will have a degree or higher qualifications in a relevant field, such as Graphic Design. They will also have proven experience designing brand communications, print collateral, and campaigns, as well as retail POS, environmental graphics, and digital media. Additionally, they must be able to interpret design briefs, present to their team, and lead and coach a team effectively.
