About Our Clinical Role

We are seeking a passionate senior speech pathologist to support clients with complex communication needs, swallowing difficulties, and mental health challenges.

  • Deliver high-quality services to clients with various diagnoses and disability types, focusing on complex communication, swallowing difficulties, and complex behaviours.
  • Work across diverse settings, including family homes, schools, group homes, day programs, community settings, telehealth, and office locations.
  • Build lasting relationships with clients, enhancing their communication, independence, and celebrating their achievements.
  • Pursue professional development opportunities, focusing on clinical skill development in dysphagia management, AAC prescription, mental health, autism, and trauma-informed approaches.
Required Expertise
  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology.
  • Registration with SPA.
  • 1-3 years of experience working with participants in a clinical or community setting.
  • A car and driver's licence.
  • National Police Clearance, Working with Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or ability to acquire one.
