We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Wellbeing Coordinator to join our vibrant communities on a 12-month fixed term contract.
About the Role- To develop relationships with healthcare professionals, Home Care and Community care providers, and Aged Care specialists.
- To design and deliver high-quality health initiatives within our independent living villages.
- Evaluate programmes against customer key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Analyse and present data on the health and wellbeing programme for reporting and continuous improvement purposes.
- AHPRA registration applicable to Allied Health qualifications.
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, conflict resolution, and negotiation abilities.
- A passion for working with seniors and promoting their wellbeing.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment and autonomously.
- Computer literacy and experience using various applications (Word, Excel, databases).
- A valid driver's license and own transport.
- Leadership skills and a passion for developing high-quality health strategies for residents.
The ideal candidate will also possess or be willing to complete First Aid and CPR certifications.
