The Role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Property Manager to join our high-performing asset team, leading the overall performance and property management of our premium office towers in Brisbane.

You will be responsible for developing and delivering leasing strategies, preparing financial reports, and acting as a key interface to ensure the ongoing management of tenant relationships.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Work collaboratively with the General Manager to implement and deliver on the asset strategy.
  2. Develop and execute leasing strategies for existing and prospective tenants, working closely with external leasing agents and conducting site inspections.
  3. Oversee building matters, maintain strong tenant relationships, and participate in deal analysis and tenant retention.
  4. Liaise with the marketing team on various marketing initiatives.
  5. Oversee other key focus areas, including retail management, carpark tenant management, attendance at tenant meetings, and working alongside the operations team to deliver on the asset strategy and operation budget.

What We're Looking For

We seek a commercial property management professional with sound experience in managing leasing campaigns and key tenant relationships.

You should be a strong relationship builder with well-honed negotiation and presentation skills.

A comfortable understanding of technical lease financial scenarios, valuation, financial modeling, and deal analysis is essential.

About You

Salary Range: AU$120,000 - AU$150,000 per annum
