**Job Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Care Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional results.

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our site's gardens and hedges, attending to repairs and maintenance issues, and ensuring that the site is presented at a high standard at all times.

As a Site Care Specialist, you will work independently and as part of a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays. You will be required to administer all repairs and maintenance to tools, equipment, and machinery, check and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities, and ensure that the site is maintained and presented at a high standard at all times.

You will also be responsible for garden labour such as pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing, ensuring that these tasks are completed in a timely manner and of a high-quality condition.

Additionally, you will need to monitor and maintain a small sewerage treatment plant, empty rubbish bins, perform pool maintenance, and undertake garden restoration.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping, or handyman work;
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to work independently;
  • A positive attitude and commitment to excellent customer service;
  • A valid driver's licence;
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating roster.
