Job Overview

This permanent full-time position offers great potential for growth with clear career advancement opportunities. We are seeking a motivated individual, willing to learn, be proactive, work independently and as part of the team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage exploration and mining clients' tenure portfolios, including monitoring and attending to compliance with statutory obligations and deadlines;
  • Provide strategic guidance on compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and policies;
  • Offer expert advice on existing assets, acquisition, disposal or amalgamation of assets;
  • Administer non-legal responsibilities associated with maintaining companies' assets portfolio; and
  • Diversify workload incorporating mining law, environmental law, planning law, Native Title, property law, contract law, land management processes and other disciplines.
Requirements

Strong project and time management skills, a desire to develop and grow a professional career in the resources industry, an interest in and capacity to develop an understanding of complex laws in various jurisdictions, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to tailor correspondence to diverse clientele are essential requirements.
