About the Role

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Principal Tenure Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has proven experience in tenure management and is passionate about delivering specialist advice to support the planning and execution of development projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, delivering tenure advice, and securing land access approvals for complex projects. They will also contribute to coordinating team activities and supporting the delivery of outcomes through effective collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in tenure and land management
  • High-level skills in stakeholder engagement and verbal and written communication
  • Attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Evidence of managing accurate records and documentation
