Are you passionate about delivering strategic management and leadership to support vulnerable people in our community? We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to join our team in an ongoing position.

Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to provide strategic leadership and guidance to our regional staff. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing public housing to support positive outcomes for both tenants and the local areas they live in.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership support in coordinating regional planning, resource and services to support the delivery of housing and related services across the Housing continuum.
  • Manage and support Team Leaders.
  • Identify and develop key strategic internal and external networks to increase regional knowledge.
  • Create communication channels and provide opportunities for service connection.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to SA Housing Authority Regional staff to facilitate the achievement of key performance indicators.
  • Monitor and analyse regional reports, trends and risks to develop appropriate strategies and or action plans to manage and minimise potential risks and maximise opportunities.
  • Investigate and respond to escalations including ministerial enquiries and appeals.
  • SUPPORT REGIONAL SERVICES STAFF TO DELIVER QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE TO THE MOST VULNERABLE PEOPLE IN OUR COMMUNITY.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A National Police Clearance issued within the last 6 months.
  • A current Australian issued Driver's Licence (equivalent to minimum class 'C' - South Australian).
