Account Management Expert for Real Estate Industry

About the Opportunity:
MRI Software is seeking a seasoned Account Manager/Executive to spearhead our efforts in the real estate industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with existing customers, identifying whitespace opportunities, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers through regular communication and face-to-face interactions.
- Serve as a trusted solutions expert, helping customers address their unique business challenges and strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with the broader sales team to share knowledge, best practices, and new business development strategies.
- Drive the sales process, targeting whitespace opportunities, identifying client solutions, building and maintaining customer relationships, and supporting software demonstrations, negotiations, and contract administration within assigned territories.
- Facilitate sales administration processes in CRM systems.
- Develop account strategies and work with sales leadership and marketing teams to achieve short- and long-term sales goals for targeted clients.
- Cultivate leads through outbound call campaigns and drive individual initiatives to exceed annual sales/retention quotas.
- Manage the contracting process and sales administration.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of MRI's market positioning, product differentiators, and strengths.
Requirements:
- At least 2+ years of account management experience in the software industry or a related field (Property Manager, AM, or BDM).
- Strong knowledge of the real estate industry is essential.
- Familiarity with MRI CRM Software and website solutions or similar real estate SaaS platforms.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated track record of adding value through client relationships, increasing revenue over time, and exceeding sales targets while working effectively with key stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with sales CRM systems, specifically Salesforce and Hubspot, is mandatory.
