Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Professional to provide exceptional dining experiences in our Banquets team.


This casual part-time role involves assisting with operations across F&B venues, including Haven Lounge and Garum Restaurant.


As a member of the Banquets team, you will be required to work on a rotating roster including public holidays and weekends, as well as regular early morning and evening shifts and occasional overnight shifts.


  • Provide expert service to guests and support the delivery of exceptional experiences.
  • Assist with operational tasks across multiple F&B venues.
  • Work collaboratively with the Banquets team to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


  • Previous experience in similar positions advantageous.
  • Barista or high tea service experience highly regarded.
  • Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure.
  • Enjoy looking after guests and ensuring a great dining experience is provided.
  • Have a keen eye for detail.
  • Able to work within a team.
  • Must have the flexibility to work on a rotating roster.
  • Have genuine passion for the hospitality industry.
  • Be passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Be hard-working, dedicated and professional in all aspects of working life.
