Community Centre Operations Manager
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to manage the day-to-day operations of our Community Centre. The ideal candidate will be able to provide exceptional leadership, guidance, and support to staff and volunteers.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment for all stakeholders.
- Develop and implement effective operational systems and procedures to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Lead and motivate staff, providing coaching, guidance, and training as needed.
- Collaborate with the Management Team and other departments to achieve organisational goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational issues, implementing solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
A Diploma in a related social services field is preferred.
A minimum of two years of experience in a senior supervisory role in the community social services sector.
