**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to contribute to impactful outcomes in the field of international compliance and financial services. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering strategic and operational services aligned with our organization's values.

This role involves providing high-level customer service to international students and education agents, managing enrolment variations, negotiating and managing tuition payment plans, processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing official documentation, coordinating services, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • • Provide exceptional customer service to international students and education agents
  • • Manage enrolment variations including deferrals, extensions, withdrawals, and refunds
  • • Negotiate and manage tuition payment plans and extensions
  • • Process financial transactions including payments, invoices, and refunds
  • • Maintain accurate records in PRISMS and student management systems
  • • Prepare official documentation including offer letters and confirmations of enrolment
  • • Coordinate services such as airport pickup, accommodation, and health insurance
  • • Ensure compliance with ESOS Act and National Code standards
