About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Perimeter Security Specialist to join our team in the South West region of Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in maintaining security across various sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the security and safety of designated sites, including monitoring and responding to potential threats.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Work 12-hour shifts on a rotating roster, ensuring a guaranteed 84-hour fortnight, with flexibility to work extra shifts when required.
  • Write detailed incident reports, highlighting any incidents or issues that may have arisen during their shift.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Proven experience in the Security Industry, with a strong understanding of security protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people.
  • Flexibility to work 24/7, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Current WA Driver's Licence and a reliable vehicle, with the ability to drive long distances if required.
  • Intermediate computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, with the ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
  • Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia, with eligibility to obtain or currently hold a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC) for certain sites.
  • Current Western Australian Security License, with First Aid Certification.
