**HR Specialist 12-month Contract**

We have an exciting opportunity to join a global luxury retail brand and are looking for an HR Specialist. You will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment, employee lifecycle and managing the HRIS.

**What you will be doing**:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment, including job ads, and phone screening and assist the hiring manager with shortlisting
- Assist in training the retail leaders on the employee platform
- Manage a smooth onboarding process on the HRIS

**Ideally, you will have the following**:

- Passionate about people and experience in HR or recruitment space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Tech-savvy with a keen eye for detail
- Highly self-motivated and always seeking to learn new things
