Leadership Opportunity: We are seeking a senior clinician to lead our mental health program and drive clinical excellence in the healthcare sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the program director to optimize clinical outcomes and performance metrics.
  • Oversee medical governance and practice across all medical specialties, ensuring high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain an active clinical role within the organization to inform strategic direction and drive reform changes.

Requirements:

  • A legally qualified medical practitioner registered or registrable with AHPRA, with fellowship of a relevant Australian specialist college.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple health professions and delivering high-quality mental health services to diverse populations.
  • Ability to develop and implement solutions to complex systemic and organizational problems, driving business growth and improvement.
  • Experience working in a large, complex healthcare organization with a strong focus on innovation and patient-centered care.
