Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Labor Analyst to join our team.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic labor plan to maximize efficiency and drive sales.
  • Collaborate with the WFM Manager to coordinate key inputs and outputs from the Zebra/Reflexis Labor Tool.
  • Provide insightful analytics to drive results and decisions, supporting various analyses and reporting including performance, analytics, and updates.
  • Review and respond to field requests regarding store-specific payroll issues and labor budgeting requests.
  • Design and implement new processes and reporting procedures to monitor labor usage and trending against sales.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a focus on finance or business.
  • 5 years of experience in financial analytics with at least 3 in retail/labor operational analytics preferred.
