Job Overview

We are seeking a strategic and analytical professional to lead our labor optimization efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing labor strategies that drive sales and efficiencies across our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute labor allocation strategies that maximize the use of labor dollars to drive sales and efficiency gains.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for labor optimization and implement process improvements.
  • Provide insights and analytics to drive business decisions and support performance improvement initiatives.
  • Manage a team of labor analysts and provide coaching and development opportunities to ensure the success of the team.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial analytics or a related field, with a focus on labor operational analytics.
  • Experience with labor allocation tools such as Kronos, Zebra/Reflexis or SAP Finance is highly desirable.
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to develop and maintain complex spreadsheets.
