Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Wind Turbine Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our wind turbines across regional Australia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on wind turbines to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct periodic inspections and assessments to identify potential issues and develop effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve overall efficiency
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and provide insights for future improvements
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A trade qualification in electrical, mechanical, or hydraulic engineering
  • Proven experience in wind turbine maintenance and repair
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently
