Job Description

As an Administrative Officer, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our organization. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of our business.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Management: You will be responsible for managing the inventory of vehicles, including receiving and processing new vehicles, inspecting vehicles for damage or wear and tear, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed.
  • Stock Management: You will also be responsible for managing the stock of returned leased and client-owned assets, ensuring that they are properly processed and documented.
  • Administrative Support: In addition to vehicle and stock management, you will provide administrative support to other teams as required, including assisting with data entry, answering phone calls, and responding to emails.
