Job Title: Indigenous Business Trainee

We are seeking an exceptional individual with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to fill this role.

About the Role

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • A proven track record of written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • A commitment to fulfilling the position and completing a 12-month Business Traineeship program
  • Highly motivated and willing to learn

In this role, you will provide administrative support and carry out general office duties. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting clients and customers and responding to all enquiries in a timely manner
  • Performing administrative duties for the office and providing support to staff as required
  • Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate team member
  • Maintaining office equipment and supplies
  • Assisting clients with initial contact visits and sign-ups where required
  • Greeting all visitors to site and ensuring they sign in and are directed accordingly
About You

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

You will work full-time hours Monday-Friday while completing a Certificate III in Business and have time at work to focus on your studies.
