Seasonal Services Team Member Role

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of our seasonal services team. We are looking for friendly and reliable individuals who can deliver exceptional service to customers during the festive season.

We require team members who enjoy creating positive experiences and are passionate about helping others. As a seasonal services team member, you will play a key role in creating effortless and memorable moments for our customers across various services.

Some of your duties as a seasonal services team member will include:

  • Delivering outstanding customer service and supporting retailers
  • Greeting and assisting customers with directions and helpful solutions to enhance their visit
  • Ensuring smooth traffic flow and supporting car park operations during busy periods
  • Operating a buggy within the car park for safety checks and operational support

We are seeking candidates who are available to work flexible shifts from September to February, including late nights, weekends, and public holidays. They will also hold a valid driver's license to operate a company vehicle.

This is a seasonal casual role, offering a great opportunity to be part of the festive season at our destinations. The role runs from September to January/February, with shifts based on business needs.
