- Forecast sales performance and achieve aggressive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the dental or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of dental practices and the challenges they face.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel to customer meetings and company events as needed.
