Role Overview

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing multiple functions of building operations and maintenance for one of our client sites. This includes overseeing facility maintenance management and safety programs for an assigned region and managing performance metrics in accordance with account KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong working relationships with all personnel and external service providers to fulfill the role. Work with building management, supervisors, and contractors to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner;
  • Assist in the preparation, monitoring, and updating of the Annual Opex and Capex program and budgets in conjunction with the client and other team members;
  • Coordinate general maintenance requests and ensure all work orders are completed within agreed SLAs and assist in the management of contractor site inductions;
  • Collate monthly and quarterly reports, attend to client service requests, including key issues, outcomes of tenancy inspections, project status, and project pipeline;
  • Provide assistance to colleagues and team members during busy periods or relief during holiday breaks or sick leave;

Requirements

  • People Skills – Provides formal supervision to individual employees within regional operational areas;
  • Technical background in a trade or facilities is preferred;
  • Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos;
  • Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, using SharePoint and Microsoft Office Outlook skills;
